I'm really surprised that a lot of people know this! i don't know if it was a small cartoon cuz i kinda forgot about it but this is a great drawing and i just got hit by a wave of nostalgia

i really like the colouring! it looks very vibrant! the shading and detailing as well is very nice and his face is pretty expressive for a more negative emotion! seems like an interesting character and i would like to know more :D
